Full Refund Guarantee
If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible 24-hour window and work has not started, you will receive a full refund, subject to the transaction fee policy below.
Transaction Fee Responsibility
Transaction, processing, or gateway fees charged by third-party providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, or card issuers) are non-refundable, as these costs are not returned to us.

Deliverables, drafts, or assets are created or shared
Once work begins, the refund window closes. You will receive an email notification when work officially starts.
What Does Not Count as Work
The following actions do not count as work commencement:
Order confirmation emails
Internal order assignment
Preliminary planning or scheduling
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Rush Orders: Partial refunds may be considered if work has already started
Custom or Personalized Services: Cancellation terms may vary and will be disclosed before purchase
Subscriptions: The 24-hour cancellation policy applies only to the initial payment
